The Therapeutic Process
Our role is to provide a safe therapeutic environment where your child can openly express his or her thoughts and feelings. We use a variety of activities such as games, books, sand and art to make it easier for kids to express themselves. Creative visualization, sandtray and bibliotherapy are a few therapeutic modalities we have found to be very helpful.
Adolescents will enjoy the casual, yet focused atmosphere that taps into their strengths and talents to improve emotional regulation and enhance family and peer relationships.
Adults will participate in an emotion-focussed process that helps enrich their lives and a pace that feels comfortable.
